Weeks 1–2
Explore problems, users, ideas, value, teamwork and how business and technology connect.
Learn how builders think before deciding what kind of builder you want to become.
Weeks 3–4
Experience different areas of business and technology. Try, explore and discover what interests you.
Discover where curiosity and strengths are beginning to appear.

Go deeper in your chosen pathway. Learn tools, methods and ways of thinking. Learn, practise, create, get feedback and improve.
Move from exploring a subject to developing capability within it.
Weeks 9–11
Work in a multidisciplinary team on a real challenge. Use your skills, contribute, test, get feedback and improve together.
Experience what it’s like to use your skills as part of a real team.
Week 12
Present what you built and your role in it. Explain decisions, feedback, what you changed, what you learned and where you’re headed next.
Finish with something to show, something to explain and a clearer sense of direction.
They are not doing this alone. Mentors guide the work, teach, demonstrate, question and review. Students create, receive feedback, think again and improve. The first version is rarely the final version.
Real work they created, improved and can talk through with confidence.
What they did, what changed after feedback and why they made their decisions.
They understand what it means to own a role inside a multidisciplinary team.
